Our PIC will reply to the email and provide information regarding step for Quotation Form as well as Analysis Form.
2. Client is required to fill up the Quotation Form. Auto generated quotation will be sent directly to the client email.
3. Upon agreeing with the quotation, the client must proceed the payment through Purchase Order or online platform Billplz (Billplz | Fair payment platform).
4. Client need to submit the Analysis Form.
5. Then the samples can be couriered or self-delivered, and payment can be done accordingly.
Samples can be couriered to PPPL UMT or self-delivery. Samples must be received in good condition.

Remark: Sample for Analysis
Please attach the proof of payment / Purchase Order (PO)/ Local Order (LO).
Each test requires a different quantity for testing. Client needs to discuss with PIC. Actual minimum samples required will depend on the number of samples or test parameters and will be advised accordingly.
PPPL will provide Certificate of Analysis (COA) based on analysis. COA is the certificate that usually includes the actual test results performed on the sample received, authorized by the approved signatory.
Certificate of Analysis will be provided via PDF. A hard copy can be provided upon request.
PPPL is lab-accredited (SAMM 976) for scope ASTM Yes, you can. You need to inform our laboratory personnel officially and remark it in the Analysis Requisition Form. Currently PPPL is toward accreditation ISO 17025 for honey analysis.
